(However, I did sell my son's condo for him in 2004 and sold him a home in Walnut Creek.) I was the top producing agent in my office for 6 of the 10 years I worked in the Lafayette Pacific Union office. In 1997 I was the top producing agent with Pacific Union Real Estate in Contra Costa County.I’m no longer selling homes. Now I regularly research our local real estate market conditions and write two publications for selected local agents. One is an on-line real estate newsletter and the other is an on-line real estate market trends page. I've been writing these for agents for the past 7 years. I also assist buyers and sellers to find knowledgeable, experienced, local real estate agents. I’ve lived in the San Francisco Bay area since the 1960’s although we spent 5 years in the Main Line area of Philadelphia when my husband took a job transfer to Philadelphia. One of my happiest days was the day we learned he was being transferred back to the wonderful San Francisco Bay area! My original career was as an elementary and intermediate school teacher. I grew up in Seattle, WA and I graduated with a BA from Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. I have a Masters Degree from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. I’m happily married to a wonderful man and have two grown sons.
We have two grandsons, 5 and 2 years old. The rest of our family includes Brina,
our 8 year-old Sheltie and Gretel, our year old German Shepherd. We've lived in the Lamorinda area since 1978. It was a wonderful place to raise our family. We plan to remain here for many years.
