Welcome to this site on Walnut Creek area Real Estate and to my part of the world, the beautiful East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area of Northern California. If you're looking for information on Lafayette, Moraga, Orinda and Walnut Creek, you've come to the right place! I've tried to put together everything I could think of that would help home buyers and home sellers in our area.
I actively sold homes here for 15+ years. I was one of the top producing agents in our area. Instead of selling, I'm currently a real estate consultant and I now help buyers and sellers find very experienced local real estate agents. I've found that many relocating buyers and sellers who are leaving the area are very pleased to take advantage of the assistance I offer. For more info on this service click HERE.
Our area is about 20 miles east of San Francisco across the Bay Bridge and through the tunnel in the Oakland Hills to Contra Costa County. The center of the county is majestic Mt. Diablo, pictured above. Walnut Creek, a gem of a "smaller" city is located there. To the north is Pleasant Hill, Concord, Martinez and then to the south of Walnut Creek is Alamo, Danville, Blackhawk, and San Ramon.
To the west from Mt. Diablo, is my area, called Lamorinda(La Morinda). It includes the communities of Lafayette, Moraga, and Orinda. The schools are tops, the scenery spectacular and the weather usually wonderful with lots of sunshine.
Thanks for stopping by my web site. I think you'll find it the most extensive real estate guide available on our local area. I'm here to help you make the job of finding a very experienced, knowledgeable local agent much easier. Contact me today. I can save you lots of time and effort!

PS: A local TV station used to have a promo calling the San Francisco Bay Area, "The Best Place on Earth." I agree!
TOP SCHOOLS!!! (August31, 2007) Our local Acalanes High School District, has just been ranked #1 in California on the Academic Performance Index. (API) MORE INFO
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING: It is just about 1 hr. from our area to Napa and California's fabulous wine country! Or, head to San Francisco (30+ minutes) for sight-seeing, shopping, the theater, sports events, lunch, dinner, or Carmel/Monterey/Big Sur (Hiway 1) (2+hours) for the most beautiful ocean scenery you'll find anywhere...unless it's the North Coast of CA right above San Francisco. Like the mountains? Lake Tahoe (about 3+ hours) is a local favorite here and of course, Yosemite (4+ hours) is one of the most beautiful National Parks in our wonderful country! California is a real all around vacation land.
Remember, if you are looking for help finding a really top, experienced agent, contact me today. I'll be glad to assist you.
