I believe I can help save you lots

However, I am
no longer actively selling real estate. Instead I am a real estate consultant and I
offer a service recommending agents to buyers and sellers. Having worked with
many of them on sales during my career, I observed how they did their business.
I know which agents, in my opinion, would be my top choices if I were selling or
buying. The criteria that would be most important to me: (1) number of years of
experience selling, (2) knowledge of the area and market where I live or want to
live, (3) integrity, (4) professionalism, (5) work ethic, (6) compatible personality, (7)
local sales record and (8) e-mail, internet skills, etc.
I would be glad to share my knowledge with you and provide you with the names of
3 agents who appear to meet your requirements. Then you can talk with each and
determine which agent is the best match for your situation. If you don't like
any of them, there's no obligation and you can move on to find an agent
somewhere else.
There is no charge for this service to you. How do I get paid? If you buy or
sell a home with one of the agents I have recommended to you, the real estate
company that the agent works for will pay me a professional referral fee at
close of escrow. This is a very common practice in real estate for new business.
The agent you work with will be glad to get the new business and will not object
to the referral fee.
Please take care in choosing your agent. That choice is one of the most
important decisions you may make. Your agent is your advisor, negotiator and
transaction facilitator. A hasty decision could be very costly to you.
